Conor Houston

Managing Director

Conor is a trusted advisor to senior leaders across business, government, digital and entertainment industries. He has experience in bringing large-scale impactful strategies & campaigns to life and has built relationships and networks locally and internationally.

His expansive career has included roles as Chief Executive of a political party, running innovative campaigns in business & community sectors, holding directorships on major boards, running his own management consulting business and practising as a lawyer.

Throughout his career, Conor has been a passionate about empowering young people and making a positive contribution to reconciliation and peace-building on the island of Ireland.

Conor was previously a Governor of The Irish Times Trust and inaugural Chair of The Ireland Funds Young Leaders in Belfast. He was also Chair of the Federation of Small Businesses NI, served as a Director in LGBT charity ShoutOut, was Chair of Fleming Fulton School and was elected to serve on the Law Society NI Council and European Young Bar Association. In 2023, Conor was Co-Chair of One Young World Belfast 2023 when Northern Ireland hosted the world’s largest global youth summit.

Previously, as a solicitor advocate he represented clients to the Supreme Court of both the UK and Ireland and was involved in many high profile and pioneering cases.

He is a Fellow of the US State Department Rule of Law Programme, Fellow of the British Council Hammamet Conference and represented the UK at the Ship for World Young Leaders Programme in Japan.

Conor is currently the inaugural Visiting Chair of Irish Studies at Loyola Marymount University, Los Angeles.
